    Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. For specialized putter heads with intricate designs or custom details, processing may take 3–4 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on Fridays or over weekends will ship the next business day.

    We offer worldwide shipping for all ProPutt products. International delivery times vary by location, and additional customs fees or import taxes may apply for shipments outside our base country.

  • How are the product materials sourced?
    We source materials ethically and sustainably. A significant portion of our putter head materials, including forging 303 stainless steel and other components, is obtained from trusted local suppliers to support craftsmanship and local industries.
  • How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?
    Product images aim to reflect true colors, but slight variations may occur due to material batch differences during production or varying monitor display settings.
